As the world turned its attention to New York City in fall of 2018, Concordia celebrated its eighth anniversary of supporting public-private partnerships for social and economic impact. On Sept 24th and 25th, the 2018 Summit convened over 3,000 participants to engage with some of the world's preeminent thought leaders and decision makers to address the world's most pressing global challenges by highlighting the potential that effective cross-sector collaboration can have in creating a more prosperous and sustainable future. Participants discussed scalable solutions to timely issues such as economic resiliency, international disaster response, and innovative finance.
