About

The Allison Brundick Haramis Foundation, Angels for Allison, is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in memory of 15-year-old Allison Haramis, who was tragically killed in an auto accident in April 2009. Her family and friends created a legacy of her joyous spirit by aiding with the financial needs of families suffering the loss of a child. Since our beginning in December of 2010, we have been able to come to the aid of over 850 northeast Florida families. We identify families in need through our referring agencies and then provide funds for necessary funeral expenses directly to the funeral home selected by the family. Most of us will never have to endure the devastation of losing a child. Nonetheless, each of us is either a parent or a child, and many of us have witnessed the pain felt by those who have lived through this kind of tragedy. The death of a child extends far beyond the immediate family. Mothers, fathers, sisters, brothers, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and mentors will all feel this loss. We believe it is our duty and privilege to gather together and serve our mission.
