Mission

Provides arts education and values in underserved public schools and communities

About

Through performances, residencies, and classroom workshops for children in grades K-3, Dream a World Education provides unique, high quality early childhood arts education programs that support academic development, social-emotional learning, and understanding of cultural diversity. Children are empowered to feel connected to each other and the world in which they live, embrace the arts and to welcome music, dance, theater and the visual arts into their lives and their learning. Programming provides elements which impact teachers, families, and children in primarily underserved communities, in low-income schools. And links the arts experience to language arts, listening, speaking, history, social studies and the development of interpersonal skills. Of schools surveyed, teachers reported that our programming was 100% successful in impacting children who participated, including those differently abled.
