The mission of the Bach Choir of Bethlehem is to perform the works of Johann Sebastian Bach, to promote and encourage appreciation of the aesthetic and spiritual value of Bach's music through education and performance, including performances of works by composers who influenced Bach or were influenced by him, and to strive for the highest standards of musical excellence.

Concert season - ticketed concerts: Founded in 1898 and under the direction of Greg Funfgeld since 1983, the Bach Choir, Bach Festival Orchestra and distinguished soloists, presented a concert season of 19 ticketed concerts for more than 7,000 people from across the United States. Concerts include the Bethlehem Bach Festival over two weekends in May as well as Christmas, Spring, Family, Bel Canto Youth Chorus, and Gala concerts.
