CLOSING AND CONSTRUCTION START ARE TARGETED FOR LATE SPRING 2020 WITH LEASE-UP AND OCCUPANCY IN THE FALL OF 2021.REDESIGN HAS BEGUN THE PROCESS FOR FINANCING AND DEVELOPMENT OF A 32-UNIT APARTMENT PROJECT FOR VERY LOW-INCOME FAMILIES AT SEWARD COMMONS IN PARTNERSHIP WITH NAWAL NOOR, THE MAJORITY OF WHICH WILL BE THREE- AND FOUR-BEDROOM UNITS.
