About

The American Transplant Foundation is the only non-government nonprofit in the country that provides three tiers of support (educational, emotional, financial) to living organ donors and transplant recipients. By promoting organ donation awareness, participating in the development of better publicly supported legislation and removing barriers towards living organ donation, the foundation efforts facilitate elimination of the gap between the critical demand for organs and their supply, thus saving lives every day.
