Pacific Living Alternatives (PLA) provides community based housing for young adults and adults with special needs. PLA owns two single-family residences in San Fernando Valley which accommodate six clients in each facility.The organization was developed as a result of being awarded a HUD 202 grant.Grant funds were received during fiscal years 1994 and 1995 and were utilized to acquire and rehabilitate the properties as required by HUD and other licensing agencies. During fiscal year 2018/2019 a total of 12 clients resided in these group homes.
