OUR MISSION IS TO PROMOTE AND ENHANCE THE KNOWLEDGE AND APPRECIATION OF FRENCH AND FRANCOPHONE CULTURE, TO INCREASE THE KNOWLEDGE AND COMPREHENSION OF THE FRENCH LANGUAGE, AS WELL AS TO ENCOURAGE INTERACTION AMONG FRENCH, FRANCOPHONE AND AMERICAN PEOPLE THROUGH EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS AND CULTURAL EVENTS.THE ALLIANCE FRANCAISE OF LOS ANGELES IS AN INDEPENDENT AMERICAN ORGANIZATION WHICH IS GOVERNED BY A BOARD OF FRANCO-AMERICAN ADMINISTRATORS.
