Mission
LEAD San Diego is the only organization in the San Diego/Baja California region solely dedicated to developing engaged civic and community leaders. LEAD provides intense issue-oriented programming, leadership skill building and community volunteerism opportunities to a growing set of regional leaders who understand and can respond to the quality of life challenges facing the greater San Diego region. Participants of LEAD are concerned about San Diego, have the desire to take a leadership role in creating positive change for the region, and are looking for opportunities to build on their existing leadership skills.
