Oakland’s Pro Arts has been fostering some of the most ambitious, wide-ranging arts programs in the region since 1974. Embedded in the Oakland community, the organization has contributed greatly to the infrastructure of a thriving artist community, providing 20,000+ artists over the years with the opportunity to experiment and connect with new audiences.
