Goodwill provides hands-on, paid job training to those facing barriers to employment, such as multi-generational poverty, history of incarceration, limited education or English language skills, no work experience, and disabilities. While participants receive real-life job training, they also participate in case management support services and attend classes in employment readiness, computer literacy, and job search skills.
