About this organization
Mission
Provide symphony concerts to the Mid-Columbia community.
About
For more than 60 years, the Mid-Columbia Symphony has been a vital cultural resource for the Mid-Columbia region. Today's symphony is a fully professional organization, with more than 40 of the region's finest professional musicians under annual contract and 40 independently contracted artists (of which 20 artists from outside the region) for individual concerts. Our programming is designed to entertain and enrich the wonderfully diverse population of the Mid-Columbia region. The symphony produces four to seven concerts annually, frequently contracting with featured guest artists and collaborating with other regional performing arts organizations. The symphony produced five concerts during the 2017-2018 season.
