About
In 2019, the Center celebrated 25 years of continuous conflict resolution services in our community. We invested time and energy in learning to tell our story, including videos during the year, to increase our social media campaign that ended in a public celebration with our Silver Lining Gala in October, 2019. An additional staff member who focuses on community and donor relations helped us increase our donation revenue. Our services included hosting mediation and settlement conference services for 545mediations in our downtown facility with a 60% settlement rate and 95% positive customer satisfaction. In addition, we held nearly 400 small claims mediations in the same facility. The Center mediated 35 foreclosure cases under the0Foreclosure Fairness Act (FFA).
