THE KIDS' PLACE IS A SMALL COMMUNITY THAT ENCOURAGES CHILDREN TO DEVELOP HEALTHY RELATIONSHIPS AND TO BECOME ACTIVE AGENTS IN THEIR OWN EDUCATION. ESTABLISHED IN 1985, THE KIDS' PLACE HAS BEEN A LICENSED CHILDCARE AND PRESCHOOL FOR OVER THIRTY YEARS. WE PROVIDE A CLIMATE FOR GROWTH IN WHICH CHILDREN HAVE OPPORTUNITIES THROUGH PLAY AND REAL WORK TO EXPLORE THEIR IDEAS AND REALIZE THEIR CAPACITIES. CHILDREN ARE GROUPED BY CHRONOLOGICAL OR DEVELOPMENTAL AGE. WE FEEL IT IS IMPORTANT THAT EACH CHILD HAVE ONE SPECIAL TEACHER WHO WILL OVERSEE THEIR PROGRESS, KEEP RECORDS, AND COMMUNICATE WITH PARENTS.
