About

CRCS is a rescue and recovery center for dogs that have been through trauma and for the pets of people that are going through trauma or major life change. Through positive reinforcement and slow integration into playgroups, basic training sessions and practice out in the community, we rehabilitate the dogs prior to placing them in forever loving homes. - Veterinarian services - we provided over 25,000 of veterinary and medical care to the dogs in the sanctuary. - Day camps - in addition, we offer day camp programs to help families that have recently adopted a dog from either our sanctuary or any other shelter the instruction necessary to learn basic commands, improve leash walking skills and other trainings. The program builds confidence, expands social circles and develops basic foundational training for rescue dogs. - Re-homing - re-homing focuses on helping dogs find new homes when circumstances of their owners change and care for the pets can no longer be provided in the current home. We are currently serving the northern Nevada and northern California regions.
