USING FOUR TESTS TO MEASURE FLEXIBILITY, STRENGTH, BMI AND ENDURANCE, WE ARE ABLE TO DETERMINE A BIOLOGICAL AGE AS COMPARED TO A CHRONOLOGICAL AGE, ONCE WE HAVE THE BIOLOGICAL AGE, IF IT CAN BE IMPROVED, WE WORK WITH THE ATHLETES TO EDUCATE THEM ON LIFESTYLE AND EXERCISE CHANGES THEY CAN MAKE TO REDUCE THEIR BODY AGE AND IMPROVE THEIR OVERALL HEALTH.
