In 2018, rehabilitation of the Fort Apache Heritage site continued and the following projects were completed: Water main replacement;Environmental remediation of fuel oil lines, junctions and underground storage;Sidewalk replacement and curb repair; andDrainage corrections.In addition, the stabilization planning for Building 101, the most historic building on the property, was completed and consultants were hired and began developing a master plan for the property including parking, sidewalks, lighting, street furniture, signage and landscape concepts.Several tribal gatherings were held at Fort Apache Heritage site including the 19th Annual Great Fort Apache Heritage Celebration, the Camp Dress Show, Rainbow Treatment Center Youth Camp and Nature Conservative graduation.
