ADULT LIFE ENRICHMENT PROGRAMS: FIVE ADULT LIFE ENRICHMENT DAY PROGRAMS IN THE NORTHWEST VALLEY PROVIDING SOCIAL, PHYSICAL, AND MENTAL STIMULATION INTEGRAL TO SUCCESSFUL AGING.
