These young people must be ready to manage debt, start a financial plan, have the ability to save, and can commit to attending the four classes and mentorship meetings over the course of the program. These services are offered to those who would not otherwise have easy access to a financial mentor and top-notch financial education, as they do not have sufficient investment funds to work with most financial advisors.
