CCLT added eleven new construction townhomes, and homeowners, into the program, Solis townhomes, this brings the program portfolio to a total of 200 homes. In addition to these eleven new units CCLT assisted sixteen homeowners with resales of their homes, two of these were homeowners that were experiencing financial hardship and CCLT stepped in to steward these homeowners to get financial counseling in order for them to sell their homes and not incur foreclosure. Two were homes that the homeowner passed away, CCLT assisted the family in the process to sell the home, and one other homeowner had to move into assisted living, again CCLT assisted the family member in the process to sell the home. This all resulted in homeowners being made financially whole, and no homes were lost from the program.
