Portals Project The Portals project connected people around the globe in real-time, life-sized audio-visual engagements. With valuable support from the NEA, Imagination Celebration produced 259 Portal engagements and one major creativity festival (above). We directly engaged, 26 professional artists, 11 emerging artists, 16 college student artists, 229 students (K-12), and 2072 residents from the Pikes Peak region of Colorado. We put Portal public art installations in 12 diverse neighborhoods.
