About

The ReflectUs coalition lead organizations met several times throughout 2019 to plan upcoming programmatic activities. In February 2019, the coalition launched its Dallas Pilot Program in Dallas County Texas with a convening of all local stakeholders related to womens public leadership. The Dallas County Pilot work included the forming of a local leadership council that met regularly, hiring of a local coordinator, organizing of several non-partisan tranings for women to run for office and the creation of the Dallas County Heat Map of Womens Representation tool for public use.
