Our program wants to end relapse by providing pathways toward sustained sobriety and economic independence. By providing the environment and community to encourage women to continue on their journey of sobriety, they are! We know that the journey of recovery is not a straight road, but in our three years of offering full time employment for women in recovery 100% of our employees have chosen to remain sober. Additionally, 84% of our employees are living in their own apartments. We have a 100% success rate of women living independently within 14 months of employment.
