STEM and Conservation Enrichment Institute is a unique intensive science based highly, educational five (5) day program in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics which serves 26-30 underrepresented minority students. This is a unique and challenging experience for the students which transforms their lives through developing new skills, expand personal growth and fosters valuable 21st-century life skills like problem solving, creativity, collaboration, and more. The students explore, discover and learn new skills and exposures to careers in conservation, natural resources and STEM. The Institute is for middle school students in grades 7-8. The Institute aims to foster a culture of applied learning that is hands-on, cross disciplinary and project-based education.
