THE REAL PROPERTY THAT THE TRR FACILITIES ARE LOCATED ARE OWNED BY THE FOUNDER OF THE ORGANIZATION, LESLIE HOWLE, WHO DONATES THE USE OF THE PROPERTIES TO THE ORGANIZATION.
