Grassroots leadership development program: seeks to develop individual Virginians as pro-choice leaders, in order to develop a broader, more active, and more visible base of support for reproductive rights and healthcare access in the state. This includes a leadership development program specifically for young leaders at universities across Virginia. Students develop leadership and advocacy skills to build a base of reproductive rights advocates and supporters on campus and successfully lobby their university administration for increased access to reproductive healthcare for their campus community and beyond.
