Recovery & prevention support, educate & facilitate recovery and prevention of drug & alcohol abuse
About
We create, produce & distribute information to educate & facilitate prevention & recovery from drug & alcohol abuse. We not only include alcoholics and addicts but also their spouses, family and loved ones. We have information on gambling, sexual addiction, overeating, etc. We create and distribute a facility meeting calendar/recovery newsletter monthly. We e-mail 500 to 550 copies and hand distribute another 100 copies. We make 1200 copies per year and e-mail 6360 copies per year. We try to stock all the recovery literature that we can find and have it available for free or loan. Volunteers and clients produce and copy various literature to distribute at collaborative meetings with county agencies.
