Cost of Construction/Home SalesThe completion of the Church and Laval subdivision in East Fresno, which includes nine single story, detached homes. The nine lots are located in a small, established, unfinished neighborhood. Our investment in this area is supported by a self-help building model that relies on community volunteers, and hopes to instill pride in the neighborhood and bring positive changes to the surrounding area. Our self-help building model and zero percent financing package also allows Habitat Fresno to create a positive alignment between quality construction and ability to purchase.
