YWCA Enid is a non-profit organization that has three main areas of focus: 1) The Crisis Center provides support services emphasizing areas of domestic violence and sexual assault for women and their children in crisis. Crisis Center - 179 women and children received emergency shelter, for a total of 2,881 nights of shelter; 122 individuals received counseling services; 179 individuals received advocacy services; 115 individuals were given legal assistance and assisted with filing protective orders at the courthouse; and 27 community education presentations and/or trainings were presented to 885 community members.
