The Gloucester Institute continues the work and memory of Dr. Robert Russa Moton through programs, activities, and maintenance of his historic home, Holly Knoll.

The Moton FellowshipThe Moton Fellowship Program recruits exceptional students to a fellowship designed to produce the next generation of world-class leaders. It offers a select group of highly motivated undergraduate students the opportunity to experience one-on-one coaching and mentoring from some of the leading experts in business, government, and nonprofit organizations.
