About

The AAMC is excited to have a signed purchase agreement with a well-respected developer from Minneapolis. The AAMC and the developer are working closely to realize the vision of a vibrant mixed use project at the armory. The developer is currently in their due diligence phase and expect to know whether they will undertake the renovations in late 2016. The AAMC continues to maintain the armory and recently completed an exterior masonry stabilization project funded largely by a legacy grant from the MN Historical Society.
