The Eagles Wings Foundation provides emergency support to local government agencies and survivors affected by disaster impact.

About

In the immediate aftermath of Hurricane Maria, there were several thousands of U.S. citizens with special medical conditions that would rapidly deteriorate due to the disruption of local support infrastructure. Because of this, EFW secure special FFA clearance to fly charter jets into Ponce International Airport to conduct emergency humanitarian extraction missions. More than 150 citizens with special needs were evacuated from the island and reunited with family members in South Florida who were able to transport them to medical facilities to receive urgent care.
