Women of Tomorrow is about women helping women and in an initial study showed a statistically significant improvement in the self-esteem of the young girls participating. Research show that Women of Tomorrow mentees have increased self-esteem, a 92% high school graduation rate, and increased academic performance (GPA) each year they are in the program, to a statistically significant degree. Mentees have a 95% graduate rate. Women of Tomorrow currently mentors 2,236 at-risk young women in 116 public high schools with 42 cities in Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach County with its network of approximately 350 mentors. Women of Tomorrow has awarded over $3.7 million in scholarships to 1,413 mentees. 2,236 individuals were served.

Women of Tomorrow pairs extremely accomplished professional women with small groups of at risk teenage girls in public schools for a 3 to 4 year mentoring program. Women of Tomorrow mentors expose young women to the possibilities out there for them, as well as walking them through a variety of learning experiences that will enrich their lives and their educational experience. 2,700 students were served.
