IN 2019 THE PROJECT CONTINUED TO WELCOME VOLUNTEER GROUPS ON SITE AS WE CONTINUE TO CLEAN UP AND MAINTAIN THE IMPROVEMENTS TO THE SITE. SEVERAL SCHOOL GROUPS AND OTHER VOLUNTEERS CONTRIBUTED TO THAT EFFORT WHICH FOSTERS COMMUNITY AWARENESS, APPRECIATION, AND ENGAGEMENT. WE HELD AN ANNUAL WALK FOR THE HOMELESS AND OTHER EVENTS. THE COMMUNITY GARDEN CONTINUES TO SUCCESSFULLY PROVIDE GARDENING AND GATHERING SPACE FOR LOCAL GARDENERS, SCHOOL AND OTHER GROUPS. WE CONTINUED TO PROVIDE AN EVENT VENUE FOR VARIOUS ORGANIZATIONS BRINGING COMMUNITY EVENTS TO TOWN INCLUDING NONPROFIT GROUPS LIKE CONSTRUCT (LOW INCOME HOUSING ORG.). DISCUSSIONS AND NEGOTIATIONS WITH PARTNERING GROUPS CONTINUE WITH SEVERAL POTENTIAL COLLABORATIONS UNDER CONSIDERATION.
