CAReS provides case management and emergency assistance to Boyd County KY clients. CAReS provides services on a very limited basis to Greenup County KY in partnership with shelter of hope. As funds are available assistance is given with rent or utilities once a year. Case managers can give assistance with emergency food, medications, diapers, person care and baby items every 3 months as funds and item are available.
