About
Jubilee Jobs of Lexington is a non profit job placement agency located in Lexington, KY. We specialize in finding entry level jobs for the unemployed. Our process focuses on compassion, rapid and accurate assessment of applicants interests, abilities and placement in the most appropriate job possible. Our applicants complete a two week seven step program that is based on accountability. We provide skilled job preparation, placement, retention and career advancement to help the disadvantaged job seekers move beyond poverty toward self reliance. Our job process is free to both applicants and employers. Our motto is 'Work for sustenance, dignity and hope.' Jubilee Jobs is a place of hope in a time of growing poverty and despair for residents in the central Kentucky area. During 2018, we had over 800 applicants attend initial orientations and 449 completed the seven step program. From that group as well as including some returning clients, we had 360 interviews and a total of 285 formerly unemployed people being hired.
