Synergy Health provided family medical care to approximately 2,000 low income, at-risk, medically and economically depressed, Medicare, Medicaid and no insurance patients over the past year. The average number of patients seen on a daily basis at the clinic is approximately 40. Patients are seen Monday through Friday, from 8:30 to 5:00 pm by appointment or walk-in. In addition, patients may receive free HIV/AIDS testing via Orasure or Oraquick. Any individual who tests positive for the HIV/AIDS antibody can be seen by the professional MDs at this medical center, if the patient desires. Synergy also provides free STD & pregnancy screenings.
