THE MISSION OF ST PETERSBURG NEIGHBORHOOD HOUSING SERVICES (NHS) IS TO PROVIDE AFFORDABLE HOUSING AND HOMEOWNERSHIP SOLUTIONS FOR INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES. NHS IS A NON-PROFIT NEIGHBORHOOD REVITALIZATION AND COMMUNITY HOUSING DEVELOPMENT ORGANIZATION FORMED IN 1980. IT WAS ESTABLISHED TO STIMULATE REINVESTMENT IN BLIGHTED NEIGHBORHOODS THROUGH A WORKING PARTNERSHIP OF RESIDENTS, GOVERNMENT, THE BUSINESS COMMUNITY, LENDING INSTITUTIONS, AND KEY NATIONAL PARTNERS.
