Mission
Our mission is to provide a stable, loving home for young mothers and their children under adult supervision and to provide young mothers with the educational opportunities and the life training skills that they will need to become independent, self-supporting women.

House of Dawn provided safe and stable housing coordination, medical, dental, mental and reproductive health services, case management, and advocacy services parenting instructions, child development education, life skills training, and childcare for babies of young mothers. Last fiscal year House of Dawn served 34 mothers and 32 children in all programs. Major accomplishments are 100 no repeat pregnancy rate while in program, 75 employment rate, 4 residents completed vocational school training, 4 residents completed high school, 7 residents transitioned to permanent housing, 13 family reunifications, 19 residents employed. They also served 62 clients thru outreach services. Earned over 90 on all state monitoring and safety reports, ground breaking for new school, zoning fully funded development of second chance home.
