About

Fascinate-U's through the door visitation for 2018 equaled 35,236 visitors with an additional 4,752 people served through outreach programs and offsite events. 2,336 (6.6%) visitors took advantage of our free Wednesday program and free visitation during downtown's monthly '4th Friday' celebration, or through a city recreation center group visit. One hundred thirty-five (135) curriculum-based science programs reached 5,444 students from pre-k through 7th grade. Over 300 2nd grade students and parents participated in the science discovery night the museum hosted for several schools in the Cumberland County district. The museum conducted two week-long summer camp sessions with half a day devoted to art and half devoted to science. Regularly scheduled monthly programs include 'make it, take it' on the second Saturday, 'super science' on the third Saturday, and 'fourth Friday' on the evening of the fourth Friday of each month.
