Edventure is the largest children's museum in the southeast United States. Welcoming over 237,000 visitors annually, Edventure is committed to making sure every child has access to the benefits of informal education. Due to this commitment, 25% of guests enter the museum with free or reduced price. Edventure has four main areas of focus: early learning, health and nutrition, STEM education, and youth workforce development. By focusing on these areas, Edventure is able to annually provide: over 2,386 free books to under served households, over 5,370 free summer meals to bridge the summer nutrition gap, more than 7,815 children with health and dental programming, over 83,167 STEM education outreach programs, and more than 898 under served teens with workforce development and empowerment programs.
