Splash is a global nonprofit organization that's bringing safe water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) programs to over 400,000 children living in urban poverty across Asia and Africa every day. Our vision is clean water, clean hands and clean toilets for all children, no matter where they are born. With projects across eight countries (Bangladesh, China, Cambodia, Ethiopia, India, Nepal, Vietnam and Thailand), Splash aims to reach one million children by 2023.

South Asia: By the end of 2018, Splash had reached over 177,000 children daily in Kathmandu, Nepal; Kolkata, India and Dhaka, Bangladesh with our holistic WASH program. Customized for each country and project site, this program includes installing water filtration systems, increasing water storage, providing drinking and handwashing stations, conducting hygiene education through training teachers and facilitating student hygiene clubs, and rehabilitating or constructing new sanitation facilities. At every new site, Splash helps ensure sustainability through training, provision of spare parts, and developing local supply chains.
