The mission of Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina is to feed hungry people by soliciting and distributing food and household items through partner agencies. Second Harvest works to educate people in the community about the nature of and solutions to the problem of hunger. Second Harvest supplies food throughout a 24 county region of North and South Carolina through a network of over 950 emergency pantries, soup kitchens, homeless shelters and programs for low-income children and seniors.
