Transitional living and street outreach- transitional living programs help homeless youth, many of whom are pregnant or parenting, transition into and maintain housing. The program assists youth in moving into an apartment and provides financial assistance, counseling, life skills classes, and case management services to help youth build skills needed to become self-sufficient. Street outreach provides homeless and street-dependent youth with food, hygiene kits, skill-building courses, case management, and referrals to needed services. Served 278 youth.
