At the Y, we bring families closer together, encourage good health, and foster meaningful connections through fitness, sports, fun and shared interests. Our goal is to provide opportunities and a positive environment for every family to build stronger bonds, attain greater work/life balance, become more involved in their communities and strive for personal fulfillment. We offer a wide array of classes and programs, including: group exercise classes, personal training, water exercise and swim lessons, sports leagues, diabetes prevention, Parkinson's cycling classes and MS water exercise classes, as well as a support program for cancer survivors. Our programs are family oriented, accessible, affordable and open to all faiths, backgrounds, abilities and income levels. In 2019, 50,021 adults in our community received the support, guidance and resources they needed to achieve greater health in spirit, mind and body, and we provided $163,161 in financial assistance to people seeking healthier lifestyles who otherwise would have faced economic barriers to participation.
