Prepared and performed six choral music concerts with a total of 120 people performing as volunteer singers at one or more concerts, and with more than 1500 community members in attendance across all of the concerts. Provided choir scholarships for 6 high school singers to participate in an adult, auditioned mixed choir. Ticket prices included student tickets for ages 13-22 for just $5, and children ages 12 and under admitted free to all concerts. Sponsored competition for young professional soloists, providing stipend and performance opportunity to top participants. Cooperated with local community service organizations and charities at concerts to raise awareness of community challenges and encourage support for service providers.
