We have approximately 270 choristers ranging from 7 to 18 years old in 4 choirs. All choirs rehearse once a week for 1-2 hours. All perform together at 2 concerts, one in December and the other in April. In addition, the three younger training choirs sang at area elementary schools as well as local festivals. The training choirs also traveled to Williamsburg, VA and participated in the Music in the Parks Festival, where they earned superior ratings. The Concert Choir performed with the Roanoke Symphony for Holiday Pops in December. They also traveled to local churches and performed in January. The Concert Choir also traveled to Washington DC for a music festival with other childrens choirs from around the country.
