To provide access to high quality education and childcare programs for children six and under from economically disadvantaged families. A healthy society starts with healthy children Devotion to Children (DTC) is a 501(c)(3)non-profit organization dedicated to fulfilling the needs of children ages birth to six, so that they may become mentally, physically and emotionally healthy members of society. Founded in 1994 in Falls Church, Virginia, DTC has collaborated with many like-kind organizations in the provisions of childcare, health and educational services for needy families and their children. Why our mission is important: Making quality childcare and early childhood education available to working families is one of the top problems facing Northern Virginia communities. The monthly expenses for a family of four including two workers and a pre-schooler continue to rise. Both working and unemployed families need access to affordable, quality preschool, daycare, health and educational services.
