MedStar Georgetown University Hospitals largest program is the provision of acute hospital services to the communities of the northwest Washington, D.C. and the surrounding areas. In addition to the program service expenses listed above, MedStar Georgetown incurred $234.4M of management and general expenses in providing services to its communities. MedStar Georgetowns centers of excellence include neurosciences, transplantation, cancer and gastroenterology.
