EMPOWERING local children to learn, to grow and to succeed by PROVIDING year round access to high quality after-school and summer youth programs in a safe and stimulating environment, FOCUSING on academic achievement, character development and recreational activity.   Our mission is to build a better future for our children by providing activities  designed to promote their spiritual, social and educational well-being. Our goal is to provide our ‘at risk’ youth alternatives to drugs, violence, sex and crime. Our organization is dedicated to serving children regardless of race, ethnic origin, gender, or religious beliefs.

Next Generation Scholars Program (Shore Way to College)provides college and career readiness services for an 8th,9th,and 10th grade cohort of students in Somerset County Public Schools whose family income is 130% below the poverty level. Services provide coaching, tutoring, college tours, workshops and summer work opportunities. External Evaluator highlights reports 178 students created individualized college and career plans, 53 students participated in weekly Sallie Mae Kids2College researched based curriculum, 219 duplicated students attended 8 college tours and 1 overnight tour, 36 unduplicated students participated in tutoring, 29 parents and 34 students participated in financial aid workshops, 127 unduplicated students and 17 staff participated in college awareness sessions, technical support, and staff training. Between Quarter 2 and Quarter 4, 63% of students participating in tutoring improved their Language Arts grade and 79% improved their Math grades.
